Welcome to the Bankruptcy Noticing Center
This website allows you to sign up to receive all of your bankruptcy notices electronically through the National Creditor Registration Service (NCRS) or consolidate all U.S. Postal Service notices at one address. This is a free service provided by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts to give recipients more convenient delivery options for their bankruptcy notices. You can have notices delivered either:
- Electronically - Faster, more reliable and convenient
- To a designated mail address - Redirects U.S. Mail delivery to a preferred address
Switch to Electronic Noticing!
The U.S. Bankruptcy Courts offer the bankruptcy community Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (EBN). EBN is a reliable, faster, more efficient, and FREE service that allows court notices to be transmitted electronically, delivering them faster and more conveniently.
Email is an electronic noticing option for both low and high-volume notice recipients. Each email contains a secure link to a government site for you to retrieve a PDF copy of your notice. Every PDF now contains case data in an XML format.
Benefits of XML (eXtensible Markup Language)
XML data embedded in PDF notice files enables moderate to high volume recipients to automate processing of bankruptcy notices. Get case information such as case number, debtor info, and much more in a way that can be imported into your account management systems.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
EDI is an electronic noticing option for high-volume notice recipients who have an account management system where a computer-to-computer data stream can replace data entry.
