The ability for electronic notice and preferred address recipients to view and change their services is a new feature. Users can now create their change forms on-line by logging in.

If you have been advised that you now have a BNC approved on-line account, you may use the Log In link on the banner to view the information and create change forms.

If you have an existing EBN or Preferred Address agreement, but would like to create a login, use the Create Log in link on the login form to apply. All logins will be approved by the BNC prior to activation.
